When will my order arrive?

All items are shipped using United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-6 business days for processing, payment verification, and fulfillment plus an additional 1-5 business days for shipping (15 days total including weekends). While we do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner, ONE CZN can not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, service issues, etc. If tracking shows that your order has arrived, ONE CZN is not liable for any undelivered or stolen packages. A signature upon delivery is available per request. 

Can I return my order? 

All sales are final. Please visit our Return Policy page for replacements for damaged goods and additional information. 

Where are my emails from ONE CZN?

Please make sure that you check all categories within your email to view any promotional, order confirmation, etc. emails from us. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all domestic orders under 6 lbs using USPS First-Class Mail (USPS Priority Mail for orders over 13 oz). Additional shipping rates do apply for international orders. Please see our Shipping page for more details.

Does ONE CZN ship internationally?

Yes we do! International shipping rates are included at check out. 

Why is my order shipping in multiple packages? 

To ensure that you get your items ASAP, sometimes we need to ship your order from different locations.
