Our Shipping Process. 

We start working on your order immediately to ensure that you receive our products ASAP, therefore, we are unable to make any changes or modifications once an order has been placed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Please check your "promotions" or any other mailbox category in your email if you are not seeing a confirmation email from us. 

All items are shipped using United States Postal Service. Please allow 1-6 business days for processing, payment verification, and fulfillment plus an additional 1-5 business days for shipping (15 days total including weekends). While we do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package in a timely manner, ONE CZN can not be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as weather, service issues, etc. If tracking shows that your order has arrived, ONE CZN is not liable for any undelivered or stolen packages. A signature upon delivery is available per request.
